Terms of Service
Effective: May 1, 2026
These terms cover what you agree to when you create an account on PrintAIr. They're written to be readable. If something is unclear, email us — that's faster than guessing.
1. Acceptance
By creating a PrintAIr account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using PrintAIr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (13 in jurisdictions where that's the lower limit for online services). You must be able to enter into a contract under your local laws.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
API keys you generate are sensitive. Treat them like a password — we show them to you exactly once. If a key leaks, revoke it from the Settings page; we'll never re-issue or recover a leaked key.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use PrintAIr to:
- Spam or otherwise violate the terms of any social platform you connect (Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok). Their TOS still binds you — we are not a shield.
- Generate content depicting minors in sexual or violent contexts, non-consensual sexual content, or content that incites real-world violence against any person or group.
- Generate content intended to deceive about identity (deepfakes of real people without consent, impersonation).
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract underlying models from PrintAIr.
- Interfere with the service's operation (denial-of-service, credential stuffing, exploiting vulnerabilities). If you find a vulnerability, report it to [email protected].
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction or ours.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for material violations. We'll explain why if we do.
5. Content & ownership
You own your prompts, your brand kit, and the content PrintAIr generates for you. We don't claim a copyright on outputs.
You grant PrintAIr a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate the service: storing them in our database and S3 bucket, sending them to Wiro AI for generation, and publishing them to the social platforms you connect on your behalf. The license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You're solely responsible for the legality of the content you generate and publish. AI-generated content can resemble copyrighted material — that's on you to vet before approving and shipping.
6. Platform-specific terms
When you connect a social platform, you remain bound by that platform's terms. If Instagram suspends your account for something you posted via PrintAIr, that's between you and Instagram. We try to surface platform-specific risks (rate limits, content restrictions) in the UI, but you're the operator.
7. Generation costs & limits
Generation runs on Wiro AI infrastructure. Each model has a per-task cost (we display it on the cost dashboard). The hosted PrintAIr free tier covers ten generations per month. Above that, we'll contact you about a paid plan before any charges accrue. Self-hosted instances pay Wiro directly via their API key.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no SLA on the free tier. Paid plans (when announced) will include written availability commitments. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime via the Settings danger zone or by emailing us. All your data is purged from Postgres immediately and from S3 within 30 days, per the Privacy Policy.
We can suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these Terms (Section 4) or for non-payment on paid plans. We'll explain why and give you the chance to export your data unless the violation involves harm to others.
10. Disclaimers
PrintAIr is provided as is and as available. We don't guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, brand-safe, or free from third-party rights claims — that's why the human approval queue exists. We don't warrant uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every social platform's evolving APIs.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintAIr's total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you've paid PrintAIr in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
12. Indemnity
You'll indemnify PrintAIr against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or content you generate that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to bring claims locally.
14. Changes to these Terms
We'll update the “Effective” date when terms change. Material changes are announced to active users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
